Community Fishing Days
Group sessions, supervised by multiple adults, out in the open, not one-on-one. This is the same kind of permission slip your kid's school sends home, just online. Free for every family, every time.
What this page is for. Kids fish together in a group, with multiple adults present and visible the whole time. This is a supervised community event, not a one-on-one relationship.
A separate program with its own process. Mentors go through a full background check before ever being paired with a specific child. That is handled through Get Involved, not this form.
Why We Ask
You should not have to be standing on the bank to know your kid is safe, having fun, and learning something real. This form is how we make sure every adult on-site has what they need to look out for your child: who to call, what to know, and who is allowed to pick them up.
Permission Slip
Takes about two minutes. This covers one event at a time. You will fill this out for each Community Fishing Day your kid attends, so our records always match who is actually coming.
