Lunker Board

More than the biggest fish.

Competition should bring out the best in people. So we count more than one kind of best.

How names work on the board

Young anglers post under a Fishing Name they pick themselves, never their real name. The board shows the Fishing Name, the species, and the body of water, like "Lake Erie" or "the Yough River." It never shows a home address, hometown, or any other location.

Adults post under their real name and the same body-of-water format. Same rule either way: never a home location.

House Rules

How we compete

Live bait and artificial bait run as separate classes, for kids and adults alike. Snagging a fish on purpose is not fishing. Safety first, ethics second, fishing third. Some days the fish do not bite, and that is part of it.

Posting is optional outside of tournaments. Nobody has to put their catch on the board to belong here.

Look all you want. When you are ready to put a fish up here, join free and it is yours.
