A kid who catches a fish learns something about patience. A kid who has an adult in their corner, cheering them on, learns something about themselves.
Kids & Families
Kids can learn to fish, log every catch, and earn their way up the Lunker Board. What they cannot do is talk to strangers, because we built it so that is not possible.
A young member has a profile, a Fishing Name, learning resources, Golden Nuggets, challenges, and a place on the Lunker Board. There is no messaging, no connecting, no friend list, and no way for another member to reach them. Not through a request, not through a comment, not at all.
Community Fishing Days
Group sessions, out in the open, with multiple adults present the whole time, not one-on-one. Sign a simple online permission slip and you will know exactly how the day will run.

One life lesson at a time, in plain language, with something to actually go do about it.

For Parents
We are not connecting adults with young members. Youth mentoring means background checks, parent accounts, and an approval process, and we will not open that door until we can do it properly.
When we do, you will make every call. We will give you what we know and get out of your way.
